  • What are your hours?
    We are open EVERYDAY 10AM-6PM.
  • I have a fundraising opportunity, who do I get in touch with?
    Here at Terra, we try our best to help out the community in any way we can. Get in touch with our Sales and Marketing Manager, Lauren Luepke, lauren@terragardencenter.com ,for questions and inquiries.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you have any issues with an item or plant you purchase at Terra, give us a call at (952) 469-3506 or stop into the store and let us know how we can help. We will do everything in our power to address your concerns and help satisfy your requests.
  • I have a pest issue that I'd like help identifying - who do I contact?
    By coming into the store with pictures or even bringing in a leaf from the affected plant, our team can help identify the cause of the issue and show you what to use to restore your plant back to health. You can also always text our store phone - (952) 469-3506 - pictures and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Are you hiring?
    We are currently NOT hiring, check back in February when we put out our applications for the spring/summer season!
  • How old do I have to be to apply?
    Terra is a wonderful first job experience for high schoolers. We start hiring at 14 years old so pick up an application today or submit the filled out application on our website to lauren@terragardencenter.com.
  • How long is the seasonal help season?
    Our seasonal associates are typically kept onboard from April-through first part of June or until otherwise needed.
  • How do I get a custom design made?
    By visiting us in store, we will document your wishes and requests on paper and give it to one of our talented designers to fulfill.
  • What is the typical timeline that I can expect my custom done in?
    We always aim for a week out from the date of request. But during busy seasons, it can take up to two weeks. You will always be given a call when your order has been completed so if you haven't received a call - our designers haven't completed it yet!
  • I am a business that would love to get custom pots done, who should I contact?
    We work with a few local businesses in the area and usually complete pots via sponsorship. If this sounds like something you'd love to be apart of, give us a call at (952) 469-3506 or email our marketing gal, Lauren, at lauren@terragardencenter.com.
